Do you offer custom designs?

How long will it take to get my Sabi piece?
Every single Sabi jewelry piece is made to order & made by hand. Please allow 5-7 business days for your piece to be created before expecting to receive your tracking number.
Can I return my jewelry if I change my mind?
Our client’s satisfaction is very important, however for hygiene purposes we do not accept returns or exchanges on jewelry. However, if you're experiencing any issues please contact us directly firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to assist you.
What materials do you make your Jewelry with?
We use hypo-allergenic, nickel & lead-free metals. Our pieces are a mix of gold-filled materials as well as gold plated brass & stainless steel.
We use natural materials including shells, beads & real freshwater pearls, chosen for their high grade and lustrous shine.
Each piece of our jewelry contains a detailed listing of all materials used. Please note that each piece is hand crafted using natural materials - this means there will be slight variations in comparison to what you see in our catalog.
How do I care for my Sabi jewelry?
Your Sabi jewelry will arrive with care instructions. Please protect your pieces by storing them in separate pouches & avoiding extreme temperatures, banging, scratches & harsh chemicals. To avoid damage, we recommend you remove your Sabi jewelry when sleeping, bathing/showering in freshwater, sea water & chlorinated water. Avoid spraying perfume or applying sunscreen or cream directly to or to skin near your jewelry as this can cause it to rust or fade. Keep them clean with a soft cloth. Please keep in mind that each piece of Sabi jewelry is hand-made, high-end costume jewelry, it is not fine jewelry & no two pieces are ever exactly alike.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
If you follow the care instructions, your Sabi jewelry will last beautifully. Our gold-filled pieces should not tarnish with proper care & our gold-plated jewelry should not tarnish easily when treated delicately. However, if exposed to elements such as sea air & water this may cause your Sabi pieces to tarnish.
HOME DECOR & LIFESTYLE PIECES
Our home decor & lifestyle pieces have been sourced globally so we have very limited stock. Once a piece is sold out it will not be available until the next shipment arrives (this could be weeks or months) and in some cases the pieces we offer are a once off.
Please note that each piece is hand crafted using natural materials - this means there will be slight variations in comparison to what you see in our catalog & natural imperfections.
Your Sabi Home Decor and Lifestyle Pieces will arrive with care instructions. Please follow the instructions closely to ensure your piece lasts a lifetime.
Damaged Home Decor & Lifestyle Pieces
We have inspected all items prior to shipment to ensure they are in satisfactory condition, however if something appears to be damaged, please let us know within 24hrs of delivery. As soon as you become aware of the damage, please take photos and send them to email@example.com so we can help you out! Please note, we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
Our items are hand crafted by artisans from around the world. Pre-ordering items allows us to commission these artists for multiple orders which better supports their small business & allows us to offer competitive pricing on rare and unique items.
Most pre-orders will be announced on Instagram and in our newsletter allowing you up to one week to place an order. Once we close the pre-order window, we will commission the artist to begin making your product. Please allow 4 - 8 weeks from pre-order to delivery depending on the item. Good things come to those who wait.
Please ensure that you are providing the right address at checkout. We are not responsible for wrong delivery if you have input wrong or insufficient shipping details. Please always leave your telephone number & email address as this allows us to contact you if we have any questions.
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping, so if you require your item to arrive quickly, we suggest choosing a faster shipping option at check-out. Additionally, please contact us to let us know when you need your item to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. For international shipments we use UPS, FED EX or DHL.
